Spotlight on You
Charlie Gebhardt, program manager, business transformation at Cisco, was featured in his company's People Behind CSR at Cisco blog series on how he engages fellow employees in volunteer and giving efforts. "Volunteerism is something I’ve been passionate about from an early age," said Gebhardt, who is a volunteer with the Cisco Community Impact Grant Program and “employee champion” for San Francisco-based nonprofit 826 Valencia.
Jennifer Lynch, senior vice president of CSR at Paramount Pictures, will speak at the CMO Club Innovation and Inspiration Summit, an event which covers the impact of purpose on brand and customer experience. Lynch will sit down with Forbes CMO Lynn Schlesinger for a fireside chat on how companies that are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with their constituents locally are making both their brands and their communities stronger globally.
Immanuel Sutherland, senior manager, community impact was selected as one of Virginia Business's 100 People to Meet in 2022! Sutherland’s selection comes from his work with community involvement where he oversees Altria’s corporate donations to local nonprofits in the areas of arts and culture, affordable housing, criminal justice and inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives.
