MEET THE SPEAKERS

Cheryl Harris Cheryl A. Harris is the Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Procurement Solutions at Allstate. In this role, Cheryl manages Allstate’s $12B third 3 party spend portfolio to deliver value, mitigate risk, foster innovation, and develop high performing individuals and teams. She also oversees Allstate’s Business Inclusion and Supply Chain Sustainability programs where her focus is on increasing economic equity through the inclusion and development of minority-, women-, LBGT-, veteran-, and disabled-owned businesses, and ensuring that Allstate suppliers serve stakeholders in a socially responsible way.

Eloiza Domingo Eloiza Domingo is the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Inclusive Diversity & Equity Officer for The Allstate Corporation. She assumed this role in 2021 with responsibility for building on Allstate’s strong foundation of Inclusive Diversity & Equity (IDE) by shaping the multiyear IDE plan to create an enduring differentiated impact inside and outside of the company. Eloiza’s scope includes accountability for diverse representation, with an emphasis on senior leadership diversity; supplier diversity spend; and diversity in our investment portfolio.

Francie S. Richards Francie Schnipke Richards leads Social Impact at The Allstate Company and The Allstate Foundation. She brings more than 20 years of social impact experience in policy, health, education, economic development and nonprofit leadership. Most recently, Francie was the Head of External Affairs for Chicago Public Schools and the Executive Director for the Children First Fund (CFF): The Chicago Public Schools Foundation. She brokered partnerships across Chicago’s business, philanthropic, cultural and academic institutions to secured funds to advance CPS’s vision.
