According to BCCCC’s 2021 Community Involvement Study, nearly 65% of companies that acted in 2020 to support diversity, equity, and inclusion committed grants to social justice organizations or communities of color. In this live and participatory Member Meetup discussion, BCCCC members can talk to each other about how they are incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into their grantmaking process—from eliminating unconscious bias to multi-year commitments that address systemic issues.
