Advisory Board for Leadership in Community Involvement

What is the Advisory Board for Leadership in Community Involvement?

Comprised of experienced, forward-looking professionals, the Community Involvement Advisory Board serves as a unique and powerful forum. Members meet throughout the year to advance the vital work their companies undertake for the benefit of various communities. Since 2006, and under the guidance of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, these community involvement leaders have shared knowledge while exploring the emerging social and management challenges in this space.

What Do Board Members Do?

Each year the board will work as a group to set the advisory agenda to be explored.  Advisory Board members will have the opportunity to present their own work and to recommend guest topics and/or speakers.  Members will help to shape one or more advisory bulletin publications focused on emerging themes and best practices in community involvement.  Advisory board members are invited (but not required) to be named co-authors of the advisory bulletin publications.
