Addressing Communication Challenges

1547830471691

Whether you work for a B2B, B2C, or B2G company, COVID-19 has created new considerations and ramifications for how to communicate out about your corporate citizenship programs and initiatives, as well as how to communicate with employees and other key stakeholders.

During the past few weeks, the team at the Center has heard from our members about new communication challenges brought on by COVID-19, such as: how to or whether to promote grants and donations, especially at companies whose budgets have been cut; how to communicate with nonprofit partners; and how to reach and be sensitive to employees’ needs, including how to share with them virtual volunteering and employee mental health opportunities.

We want to provide the space for our members to troubleshoot, share their learnings, and benefit from the expertise and perspectives of those who make up our dynamic member community. No matter what communication challenge you are up against—or what challenges you may have already untangled—please join us for one or both of our upcoming Member Meetups:

Keep Connecting

Our online member community offers a secure, supportive environment to connect and collaborate with hundreds of CSR peers. Now, corporate citizenship practitioners are sharing how they're adapting in response to COVID-19.

To provide a safe space for frank discussion, our online community is open to Center members only, however we'll be sharing anonymous key takeaways and best practices on our blog to benefit all at this time. To learn more about how you can participate in the full discussions and access other key member benefits, visit our Become a Member page.
