Meet Our Team

Carshena joined the Center in 2024. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, working in a variety of organizations, from hospitals and other nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies like John Hancock, JPMorgan Chase, and Brown Brothers Herriman. She believes "it's not about how much you make, but the people you spend your time with." Shena volunteers every year, running an IRS tax site for low-income families and senior citizens. Together with a team of volunteers, she prepares over 1,000 tax returns each year.

Hailey DiCicco has worked in the reserach field for the last 4 years, with time spent at a market reserach firm and now implementing her knowledge and skills on the Executive Education team as the Senior Executive Education and Advisory Associate. She collaborates with the team to create and devlop content, and works with our members on any custom programs they want to put together for the CSR professionals at their organization. She graduated with a Bachelors in Economics from Ursinus College, and is currently in pursit of her Master in Business Administration through our very own Carroll School of Managment. She hopes this will help her further engage with the topics of Corporate Citizenship, and better understand how to be a good leader and member of a team. 

Evelyn Hanley is a Member Services Associate driven by a passion for building meaningful connections that lead to actionable progress. Evelyn graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and has a background in client-facing market research. She is also currently pursuing her her Masters in Business Administration through BC's Carroll School of Management.

Marc Lancia is a Member Services Associate with close to two years of experience exploring the dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Center's corporate members. Marc graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Political Science and is currently pursing his MBA through the university's Carroll School of Management. His passion in CSR centers around Disaster Relief and Preparedness and supporting veteran communities.  

Will McGrath is a Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience of digital design and marketing. As a graphic designer specializing in data visualization and research communication, he translates complex information into clear, compelling visuals.

Ellen Murphy specializes in relationship development and sponsorship sales, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, event management and corporate citizenship. 

Liz O'Neill has worked in digital content marketing for the past 20 years. At BCCCC she enjoys helping companies connect with the Center's many resources, learning opportunities, and with one another.

Adam has been in multiple leadership and account management roles with "Fortune 200" companies for over 30 years prior to coming to BCCCC. Adam has a passion for people and building long lasting global relationships with both teammates and companies alike. Adam's ability to provide the highest level of member delight was forged by years as a former PGA Professional and NCAA Women's Golf Coach listening to challenegs and mentoring complex solutions in simplified terms to impact challenegs for members, companies and teammates around the globe.

Jacob is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with over two years of experience advancing sustainability efforts for the Center’s corporate members. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College’s Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences and is currently pursuing his MBA through the university’s Carroll School of Management. His work is driven by a strong interest in renewable energy and the global evolution of sustainability reporting standards.
